Preservation Alliance of Baltimore County, a non-profit organization, established in the 1970s and incorporated in 1981, was created for the purpose of preserving and protecting historic properties, communities, interior and exterior fabric, landscapes, and viewsheds through, but not limited to, outreach and advocacy.
