Preservation in Practice event; ‘Windows: History & Re-Glazing’

Tuesday, April 23rd
Manor Mill, 2029 Monkton Road, Monkton

In partnership with Manor Mill, please join Preservation Alliance of Baltimore County for our monthly Preservation in Practice series. Our next event is ‘Windows: History & Re-Glazing.’

5:30pm – Membership meeting – All Welcome
6:00pm – Free Presentation – Hummus, cheese, crackers, and organic rainbow carrots will be served!

Hold off those pesky new window salespeople! Historic windows, when properly maintained, are energy efficient, are much more beautiful, and are integral to preserving the character to our historic buildings.

Preservation Alliance is delighted to welcome our presenter, Lynne Jones.  Lynne is a local fine artist and restoration expert. She has also been an integral part of Manor Mill’s restoration.

Special thanks to Hayles & Howe, Ornamental Plasterers, who are our Preservation in Practice series sponsors.

(Pictured are Lynne Jones & Mellie, who may or may not be in attendance.)

Please register, though walk-ins are welcome too. Click the button!
