Preservation Alliance of Baltimore County is getting together!

Members and Friends of PABC are invited to gather at the historic Monkton Manor Mill on Thursday, June 23rd.
There will be a brief business meeting, awards and then our keynote speaker, Kara Mae Harris, author of The Old Line Plate. Ms. Harris writes about Maryland’s historic recipes, from the familiar to the forgotten, and the every-day cooks who made them on her site.
Kara maintains a database of over 50,000 recipes from Maryland cookbooks and manuscripts housed in libraries and archives around the country. She has appeared in local and national publications, TV and radio, including the Baltimore Sun, CBS Mornings, and WYPR.
